Green light to dehors on roads subject to a speed limit of 30 per hour.

This is what is provided by the new Regulation and Tariff of the Fee for Occupation of Public Spaces and Areas (COSAP) and Regulation of the right to occupy land and public space (OSP) approved by the City Council.

The commercial activities presented in the so-called Zones 30 will be able to place their dehor in an area intended for public parking, as long as they respect the modularity of the parking space and do not invade the maneuvering lanes.

The paved squares granted as space to the various commercial activities may not exceed the sum of the areas occupied by two parking stalls, yellow or blue, for a maximum occupation of 10 meters by 2.

The occupation of public land will have to take place, as always, in front of the concessionaire's exercise.
